Enna Jimenez is an award-winning change champion who has over thirty years in multiple industries with expertise in leadership, technology, and transformation management. Currently, Jimenez is the business transformation and quality leader at IDEMIA, an augmented identity security organization. She has a huge passion for diversity and inclusion, talent engagement, and community organizations. Jimenez received the Hispanic Lifestyle 2022 Latinas of Influence award, and was included in ALPFA Latinas to Watch 2021 list. She is a coauthor of Extraordinary Latinas: Powerful Voices of Resilience, Courage & Empowerment, a book elevating the voice of twelve Latina leaders. The March edition of Hispanic Executive magazine featured Jimenez as one of its 2021 Leading Latinas. Jimenez received the Emerging Leaders in Technology and Engineering (ELITE) Award from the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Boston Professionals. She is a member of the following boards of directors: ALPFA National Board, Big Brothers Big Sister of Eastern MA, the Pathway Initiative (TPI), and Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Advisory Board. Jimenez is one of ninety-two Hispanics featured in the first edition book Hispanic Stars Rising: A New Face of Power.

Jasmine Miller serves as Per Scholas’ chief training officer, leading the growth and expansion of our training program to train 10,000 learners annually in the next five years, connecting more than 6,800 newly trained tech professionals to thriving wage jobs each year. In this role, Miller provides vision, strategic leadership, and oversight across all aspects of site implementation and growth. She is responsible for overseeing national and local growth, site sustainability, fundraising, and regional partnerships.

Through our partnership with Per Scholas, we’re showcasing four women who have graduated from one of Per Scholas’ rigorous training courses. These women are up-and-coming tech leaders who are just starting out but already making their marks on the industry.
